My safe was sent by FedEx and was Lost in transit,I called Armadillo safe and spoke with Sarah, She was very understanding with my problem.she stated she will contact me the next day. She did contact me and said a new safe was on the way Great Customer Service !! I receive my safe a few days later and got it programmed (very easy) Absolutely love this safe and this is exactly what was advertised.
