What does Free Shipping include?

When an item is in stock in will ship in 3-7 business days. Times may vary according to brand, stock availability and carrier. 

FREE US Shipping Orders Over $100 (Lower 48 states)

Safe delivery is included in the price when you buy from Armadillo Safe and Vault. This is a curbside delivery. That means they unload it from the truck. The freight carrier is not responsible for the inside delivery of any freight. Inside delivery is not included in the Free Shipping. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to coordinate inside delivery of the freight.

Curbside delivery means leaving the item on the nearest concrete curb. The shipping party will not deliver on dirt roads.

 ***Some remote rural areas, islands, toll bridge access areas, ferry tolls, etc. may be subject to additional charges. If charges apply the customer will be notified before shipping for approval.

If your house is in a remote access location and has special delivery needs like requiring a specific type of truck, you will need to notify us when the purchase is made. If additional charges apply the customer will be notified before shipping for approval

White Glove Delivery Service

For an additional cost we cost we can arrange a White Glove Service that would include inside delivery. White glove service will unload and bring the item to the exact location you want it. These services are beneficial when items are too bulky or heavy for one person to move, if you live alone or don’t have anyone to help you place your item where you want it. Aditionallly, all packaging materials and garbage are removed from your home or business. Our regular White Glove service is for first floor deliveries, but we can also provide a personalized White Glove quote for your specific requirements. 

Please note: Any incorrect information that requires extra labor to deliver your safe may result in an extra charge.

Bolt Down Installation Service

Some safes can be bolted down to the floor. This service can also be arranged with the white glove service, for an additional cost.

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is available for immediate shipment. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Order Shipment:

If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within six business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at 

Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrived damaged and you have noted this damages on the shipping label, please send photos to  and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. 

Cancellations & Refunds:
All orders cancelled after 24 hours are subject to a 5% administration fee, whether or not your order has shipped. If you order has shipped, you (the buyer) will also be responsible for actual restocking fees and the original and return shipping charges. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that you use when placing your order.

A Return Authorization is required for all returns. Any returns not accompanied by a valid Return Authorization will not be accepted. All returns must be authorized within 15 days of order receipt. Products must be returned in new, unused condition and in the original packaging.

Customer would be responsable for shipping cost (back and forth) and restocking fees. Please contact if you need to process a return. Items not returned in perfect conditions or returned without original packaging and accessories are subject to additional restocking fees. Refunds will only be issued to the original credit card that was used when placing your order and only after the item has been received back at the warehouse, and we have verified there are no damages.
