Did my research on-line and purchased on the internet. ARMADELLO was great in responding quickly to any questions and fully answering. I purchased the white glove delivery. A little pricey, but in the end well worth the cost, because they did the hard work of installing in a closet. The local movers, Safe Movers, were on time, experienced and courteous.

Absolutely beautiful, white safe with classic contrasting black hardware. Was missing shelf brackets and arrived a smidge scuffed on top edge from shipping but I called and recieved brackets and touch up paint promptly. 5 stars for construction, looks, and service!

been looking/researching for a new safe for a while. would have been happy with a $600-$1000 models until i actually saw what they offered, thin skins and even thinner doors.
didn’t want to spend $10k+ and really didn’t need that high a security safe anyway. stumbled upon Hollon and was surprised at all the high end features at a respectable price. the door isn’t air tight but fits solid enough to feel comfortable leaving my valuables.
Armadillo Safes was by far the easy choice for buying. they didn’t “upcharge” for the lighting kit while most others did. shopping with a fellow veteran also make made the decision an easy one!

Armadillo Safe is an awesome company and I will order from them again! The 3 stars are for the safe itself. Overall, I am happy with the safe but I am not giving it a perfect review. I know this safe is not a TL-15 but is in the higher end of the safe price points. Descriptions and videos of this safe state that it is gray. However, the safe I received was pretty much a light black rather than a gray. There is also door wobble when shut. I thought a safe at this price point would have a tight fit. I don’t see visible bolt-armor as described/shown on the internet so that is misleading. (No visible steel rings around each bolt). The turning handle itself wasn’t properly tightened. I had to use my own hex key to make it tighter. Where was quality control before this safe shipped out? I am still relatively happy overall for all its other features such as fire safety and the interior. One gripe I have with Hollon Safe Customer service who I called directly after receiving this safe didn’t even want to look up my serial number to confirm these issues. How can they be sure of the product If they don’t even take any personal information from me? I think next time I will purchase a Fort Knox safe instead when I upgrade in a few years.

Requested a White Glove Service and definitely every extra dollar was worth it. White glove crew was really professional and helpful would have been impossible for me and my wife to bring it upstair by our own.
