Exactly what I expected and easy to install
I wasn't going to write a review because my only complaints are the same complaints most others have written about, but since I keep getting emails for a review here goes, I really like this storage cabinet, small profile but still plenty of room, the electronics have worked great so far, my only two complaints are the lights only staying on for a limited time with no way to adjust them, sure you can press a button to turn them back on, but for $2300 the feature to adjust the length of time they stay on should be incorporated, you can adjust the brightness level, why not the duration? Second complaint is the user friendliness, it looses its wifi connection from time to time, you then have to open the safe and press three buttons simultaneously to reconnect it, this seems like something you should be able to do from the app, If I go to check my safe during the day and it's offline there is nothing you can do remotely to bring it back online, it totally defeats that particular safety feature that's so highly toted on a $2300 storage cabinet, overall I am happy with the one I have, but would NOT buy a second one.
While it’s not the cheapest safe out there it is packed with features and Armadillo Safe and Vault had the best price and shipped it out quick. I had my new safe in just a few days! I’ll buy from them again when I need another Vaultek safe. A+
Customer service was sincere & professional. I was a bit skeptic of ordering online but when Armadillo reached out to me, via email and a personal call with a discount, it made it easier to say yes once the caller gave me information on how to have a smooth delivery. Within a day after purchasing on line I received an email with a delivery date and a day before delivery a call from the professional shipping company. The safe arrived packaged in cardboard on a pallet with instructions on the handle. My husband took it from the curbside to the garage using a pallet jack. We are extremely happy with the purchase and thankful no one was not injured during installation; (my husband did it by himself after watching videos)! Thank you for taking the time to help me make this purchase.
It’s a perfect fit for my Vaultek 2.0 case. It’s very convenient to carry when I’m traveling or going to the gun range. I’m glad I purchased it!
This is the perfect size for my weapon and magazines. It keeps my weapon secure at home or in hotels when traveling.
Great safe. I had originally ordered it from another company - 3 weeks later I still hadn’t received the safe. Cancelled with the other company and went with Armadillo. I had my safe 3 days later! The front door mount is great, too. Adds extra space to the safe.

M&P shield fits snuggly with the foam still in. Too small for glock 22 with TLR so bought 2.0 for that one. This will be also used for travel since it is smaller. Opens quickly and was easy to program. Went biometric with the 2.0 which works very well. Didnt need speed with the 1.0 so went non-bio. Would recommend!
Easy to use and install. Very clean and simple look. Inexpensive. What more can you want?
