Good Customer Service/Delivery a challenge

Overall, I am happy with my purchase. I was updated on a regular basis by Armadillo after the extended backorder from the manufacturer. The only downside was delivery. Armadillo hands off to a freight carrier, who subbed it out to a local trucking company. I had to contact the carrier (since I didn't hear anything), who put me in touch with the trucking company. Since I am located in a rural area, I had to meet the semi-truck and pickup the safe (Not a big inconvenience). The driver of the truck was great and I'm happy with the safe. It did take several calls to get the delivery sorted out with the carrier.
