I am pleased with the quality of the Hollon HGS-16E Safe I purchased from Armadillo Safes. It is well built, and perfect for my needs. I am very pleased with my customer service experience I had with Armadillo Safes. Purchasing the safe was handled in a professional yet very friendly manner, and the safe was shipped to the White Glove Provider in a timely fashion. I was somewhat less than pleased with the White Glove Provider who consistently failed to communicate with me in a timely fashion: first with assigning me a delivery date; and then when their technician failed to meet the first delivery window (2pm - 5pm), and second delivery window (6pm), and finally had not shown up by 7pm. He finally showed up at 7:30pm. I had provided them with an email highlighting the dates that I would be available to accept delivery and of course they first tried to schedule me on a date I would not be available, and then scheduled me for the last possible date before I left for a trip. I must add that the technician did an excellent job installing the safe in my selected location.
Love this safe. Wish it wasn’t so expensive but I love it lol wish I could’ve gotten the bigger floor model. Customer for life
I'm really loving this safe. It was a breeze to install and accommodates my AR with all its attachments. I was a little worried about the speed of access but it proved to be fairly quick (2-3 seconds once you have your pin dialed in). Having my firearm readily available and restrained with kids in the house affords me peace of mind. I recommend this safe for its reliability, safety, and affordability. Couldn't be happier.
