VAULTEK VT10i Lightweight Bluetooth Smart Safe (Biometric)
Easy setup. Takes about 1 second to open with fingerprint. Fits my XD subcompact with the Pearce pinky extension. Could fit another mag if need be.
Ordered this safe in Alpine White. It works great. Easy to set up the fingerprint, code, and App. Vaultek also offers online tutorials if you need help. Armadillo shipped safe quickly and safely. I personally would never call this safe "lightweight." Lightweight to me would be a safe you could easily transport to and from the Range. This is too heavy for that.

Better than I expected
If you have kids, this is a no brainer. The app lets you know if someone messes with it. Looks cool and quick access. The finger print scan always works for me. If your not sure if your gun will fit, go to Vaultek website and you can print out the actual schematics. Armadillosafe shipped it right away, happy with the customer service
I ordered this safe from Armadillo after almost 2 months of dealing with another website who said they had it “in stock” but clearly lied to me. Armadillo took my order right away and shipped fast. The size is perfect for handgun, magazine, and a few other small items. It is super easy to unlock with a custom code or fingerprint. The free app is also convenient for opening remotely, checking battery status, and viewing a history of every time it’s opened. I definitely hesitated on the purchase because of the price tag, but now that I have it, I feel it’s worth it.
Nice product to secure a gun in the home. It’s not Fort Knox if someone wanted to get into it. But a nice way to store a gun to quickly access keeping family safely away.
