My safe was sent by FedEx and was Lost in transit,I called Armadillo safe and spoke with Sarah, She was very understanding with my problem.she stated she will contact me the next day. She did contact me and said a new safe was on the way Great Customer Service !! I receive my safe a few days later and got it programmed (very easy) Absolutely love this safe and this is exactly what was advertised. Thank you for a Great product made in the USA and the Customer service.

The service here is amazing, they would really all thats possible to help the customer. I was looking for the RS800 and they didnt have it right away. So they gave me a call telling me that it will be there next week. And sure it was there and I bought it from them

This is the second one I bought from Armadillo. Great service. I have one bolted by my bed and put thread inserts for it in my trailer. But decided to get two rather than move back and forth. My wife needs quick reliable access to the gun too when I go hunting. its heavy duty and the simplex lock is fast and reliable even in the dark.
