Vaultek VS20i Compact Bluetooth Smart Safe

I recently purchased the Vaultek VS20i Compact Bluetooth Smart Safe and IMO, shipping time from Armadillo Safe and Vault was quick, the packaging was adequate, product arrived with no damage, and email status communications were fantastic.
The instructions included along with videos available online helped make the set-up simple. I did have some issues relating to connectivity with the 2.0 Biometric Nano Key, so I sent an email to Vaultek Support around 10:00 at night and received a prompt reply by 9:00 AM the next morning. I followed Vaultek Support instructions and had the 2.0 Biometric Nano Key connected after a few tries. The issue with connectivity was relating to my inexperience and not the instructions.
I am also impressed with the quality of the Vaultek VS20i Compact Biometric Smart Safe, it seems very durable with high quality craftsmanship. I also purchased the Vaultek IPK-20 Non-Absorbent Foam which I hope to see become available for other Vaultek products. The dense closed cell foam has a very durable feel to it and gives me confidence that it will protect my handguns from scratches and rust with its water resistant and non absorbent capabilities.
The Biometric scanner fingerprint sensor is awesome, just a light touch on the keypad it all it takes. Programming multiple fingerprints was almost too easy and the fingerprint scanner responds quickly and accurately. This was a big concern and I am very satisfied with the functionality of the Biometric fingerprint scanner, technology has come a long way since the early days of Biometric fingerprint scanning. I also like the Bluetooth connectivity feature with my Android phone. So many great features in this product and excellent customer service from Vaultek Safe and Vault. I don't typically provide online reviews, but I made an exception in this instance because of my positive experience with Vaultek Safe and Vault, and my perceived high quality of the Vaultek VS20i.

Safe is incredibly sturdy. Only fits one full size gun with about 2 clips. Biometrics is pretty good. Sometimes it doesn’t read my finger the first try when I try to access the safe very quickly, it’s hard to perfectly position my finger. Pin works well on safe. Overall it is incredibly easy to access when needed, but incredibly hard for someone to break into. Overall a very great case.

I really like the Vaultek VLED6 Universal LED Light. It really lights up the safe with additional lighting and they stay on with motion.
